One-to-one Consultations

Initial Consultation

One to one individual session • Full analysis of your diet and lifestyle habits • Assessment of your medical history and health concerns • Identifying possible causes of your symptoms • Nutritional deficiencies and imbalances correction • Your personal nutrition plan that includes recommended ratio of macronutrients and food categories and their amounts, micronutrient intake, your optimal eating frequency, detailed food lists, a table of foods substitutions, and finally if necessary - a menu or list of goals • Therapeutic lifestyle changes (sleep, rest, stress, exercise and habits) • Advice on healthy cooking and food pairing • Simple kitchen-tested healthy and tasty meal recipes (if needed) • Summary of recommendations in electronic or print format • Supplements recommendations, if needed • Referral to clinical tests, GP or another health professional, if needed

Basic Course

6 sessions

This all-encompassing course teaches you how to burn fat, optimise your metabolism and feel great every day, so that you have the knowledge to guide you for life. Unlike other diet-only approaches, my comprehensive program is much more far-reaching and therefore more valuable to help you achieve sustainable results you will enjoy for years. It was developed based on science, academic high-quality knowledge, evidence-based research and years of experience. It consists of 6 consultations taking place 1-1,5 weeks apart and includes: - Full Initial Consultation (up to 90 minutes), 2 extended Follow-Up Consultations (up to 80 minutes each) and 3 standard Follow-Up Consultations (up to 45-60 minutes each). That is a total of 430 minutes instead of only 170-210 minutes in a weight loss course from other UK nutritionists! - Each session has a focus topic on each fundamental component to get you to burn fat, look and feel amazing long-term: diet to burn fat, healthy lifestyle and habits, healthy eating rules, mindful eating, exercise, emotional barriers and mindset. You can’t find this coaching in any other weight loss courses. As a part of this comprehensive course, you will receive: - A smart nutrition plan that's tailored to your body type - Recommendations of supplements (if necessary) - A detailed list of foods, helpful tables and charts, a list of food swaps, product recommendations or a shopping list - Lifestyle habits and routine tune-up for health and weight loss - Two vital sessions on emotional barriers and mindset, so that you never overeat out of stress or boredom and make healthy choices even when you’re not motivated. - Personalised exercise strategy based on your unique body type and fitness level and adjusting your nutrition - Easy-to-follow, delicious, and healthy recipes for the whole family to enjoy (including treats) - Guides for navigating eating out or special occasions *As the course is always personalised and tailored to suit your individual needs and goals, the course content may be modified. **At the end of the course you can always book additional follow-up sessions or a diet supervision package for continuous support.

Classic Course

The Classic Course is an extended version of the Basic Course and consists of 8 consultations. - You'll receive two extra Follow-Up Consultations to track your progress, address any issues, and discuss how to maintain the results you've achieved. The specific topics covered in these sessions, as well as the timing of them, will be tailored to your unique situation and needs. - Perfect fit if you are looking to shed over 15 kg / 33 pounds or simply want extra sessions for ongoing support throughout your weight loss journey.

Continuous Support Programme

Receive regular guidance from a nutritionist to ensure your diet is on track.  

This is a great way to establish healthy eating habits, understand the fine details of healthy nutrition in practice, prepare for challenging situations (such as trips, events, celebrations, etc.) and hold yourself accountable through regular feedback from a nutritionist.  I'll guide you through the way by correcting your nutrition as well as supporting, encouraging and giving you the right tools to achieve your health and weight goals.

You will be filling in a food diary daily and emailing it to me so that I see exactly what your diet and lifestyle are like. We shall then get on a call twice a week for 20-25 minutes via WhatsApp or mobile phone and you'll also get your food & lifestyle diary checkup returned by email. 

Continuous Support Programme is a great add-on and available only to clients have who completed either any of my Weight Loss Courses or had an Initial Consultation with me.

You make a decision that you need help from a nutritionist and you are ready to begin work

You contact me either by clicking on any package or course above or by filling in the form on my Contact Page and tell me about your goals

As I need to gather more information about your health, medications, supplements, body measurements and eating habits I will need to send you a detailed pre-consultation questionnaire, and, if necessary, a body type quiz

Please allow me 24 hours to reply to you after going through your answers to ensure your requests are within the scope of my expertise.

Based on your answers and goals we agree on the suitable format of services and I send you payment details.

After the payment has been made, I will advise if any additional tests are required to be run and or any additional information is needed. I will also send you a food & lifestyle diary for 5 days to fill in.

After you've gathered and sent all information and sent it to me, we agree on the day and time of our first consultaion.

I begin work: I analyse your data, health concerns, medical history, symptoms and food diary and prepare the materials for our consultation, which is a nutrition plan, food lists, helpful tables, lifestyle changes and, if needed, simple recipes and food supplements as well as any other helpful recommendations.

The consultation takes place. I email you all the materials in electronic format to look at during our consultation and to study and refer to thereafter.

Before your follow-up, you will again need to fill in a food & lifestyle diary, which you need to return at least 1 business day before it takes place. We assess your progress, I answer all your questions and we agree on the further consultations if needed - either a follow-up session or a diet supervision.
